Luke Coles is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), coach, and educator who brings a practical, relational, and growth-oriented approach to his work with clients. With more than two decades of experience supporting youth, families, and adults in educational and coaching settings, Luke helps people move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed toward greater clarity, confidence, and momentum.
His work often focuses on anxiety, stress, motivation, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and building healthier habits and routines. Clients appreciate Luke’s warmth, insight, and ability to combine reflection with concrete strategies that create real change.
Luke believes therapy can be both meaningful and practical: a place to better understand yourself, strengthen patterns that serve you, and move toward the life you want to build. He offers virtual sessions, with limited in-person availability (contact for details) in Toronto, Southampton, as well as The Wildlife Research Station in Algonquin Park (1:1 and group retreats).
